Guotai Junan Futures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Guotai Junan Futures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“GTJAFS”), established on 17 December 2021, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guotai Junan Futures Co., Ltd.. As the only futures and derivatives platform of Guotai Junan Group in Singapore, the Singapore subsidiary has obtained a Capital Markets Services (“CMS”) Licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore on 25 November 2022, enabling it to conduct the regulated activities of dealing in exchange traded derivatives, OTC derivatives and leveraged FX. GTJAFS is a derivatives broker and will be mainly acting in an agency capacity i.e. executing orders on behalf of customers. For OTC derivatives and leveraged FX trading, GTJAFS will be acting in a principal capacity and facing the customers. GTJAFS has also obtained the Singapore Exchange’s derivatives trading and clearing membership on 6 September 2023.

GTJAFS’ trading platforms can provide the trading of futures products of major global exchanges including SGX, CME, ICE and LME. In the future, we will also devote ourselves to building a global derivatives trading platform centered in Singapore and expanding our services to OTC derivatives business and foreign exchange business. In addition, we will cooperate with the global business sector of Guotai Junan Group to provide customers with comprehensive solutions for cross-border investment and risk management.
